Registration
Registration ends June 1st 2012. Conference attendees should fill out the Registration form (form) and send it by email to Louise Allard (louise.allard@crchum.qc.ca) before June 1st 2012.
Full registration fee include: scientific sessions, accommodation for 3 nights (Sept. 24th-27th), all meals (3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 3 dinners and coffee breaks), social events and shuttles between downtown Montreal bus station and the Auberge le Baluchon. The allocation of rooms will be made on a first-come first-served basis so be sure to register early to get the housing option you want.
Student discount
To qualify for the discounted rate, a student must be currently pursuing a MSc, PhD or Postdoctoral degree program. In order to prove her/his status, the student must email a proof of enrollment with her/his registration form. If we do not receive the verification, the fee amount will be adjusted to the general registration price and the difference will be charged.
Refund Policy
All refund requests must be received in writing by email before June 27th, 2012. No refunds will be issued after this date. A $100 processing fee will be assessed on all general registration refunds due to cancellation.
Guest attendees
Guest registration includes accommodation for 3 nights (Sept. 24th-27th), 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 3 dinners. The shuttle between Montreal bus station and the Auberge le Baluchon, welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, Wednesday lunch at the "cabane à sucre" and the social event Wednesday night are not included in the guest registration. Additional fees could be applied for their participation. Special fees are available for guests aged 12 or younger. Guests are not allowed to attend any technical sessions.
